Metro Motor

Stopped by here on my way to DC this morning after my tire light came on. The manager Nick was extremely helpful and professional. They got my tire looked at quickly and found a nail right in the center of the tread. They were able to get it fixed and have me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely be back if I need any other service. Great Location, Clean and Organized shop and Friendly faces behind the counter. Would highly recommend

My first experience with Metro Motor was wonderful. It is so nice to find a place where everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and on the ball. I found I had two bad tires on the front of my car so I spoke with manager Nick about getting four new tires and he assured me it could be done quickly and at a fair price and it was! I will definitely be taking my car back to Metro Motor in the future.

I used to go here when it was the Westover Service Station, and tried the new Metro Motor station last week. I went in for the annual safety and emissions inspections. They found some additional stuff that needed fixing / replacing, and sent by text a very clear work proposal with videos / pictures, prices for parts and labor, and giving me the option to quickly and easily authorize the service. (Prices were consistent with what you would expect for those parts / services.) It was all very smooth and easy, and I'll certainly go back.

Engine started breaking down nearby due to fuel injector issue and I was able to roll it into this Metro Motor. Mechanic/service manager Nick was personable, easy to work with, and gave a fair quote. Engine sounds like it’s running cleaner now today than it was for the 5-10k miles before the incident. Thanks Nick!

Had an amazing experience my first time here - everyone was super kind, all services were explained in detail and there was complete transparency on the cost of each job that needed to be done. I was able to approve and decline individual jobs before they started work on the car. They even offered me a free ride to work if my car wasn’t done on time! Everyone went above and beyond in terms of hospitality, and it never felt like services were being pushed onto me. Would love a little chair or two to sit in in the office area - but that’s my only nitpick. Nick and Red were awesome. Will definitely be back!

Since it was close to my house, I searched for this newly opened workplace and a friend with glasses, whose name I did not know, welcomed me, greeted me with a very friendly face, said that the oil change would be finished between 30 and 40 minutes and finished and delivered it on time. It was also very good to be notified by message how the products were in the form of photographs. Thank you, I am satisfied.

Great experience. They text/email you explanations and pictures of what they found and recommend. So easy to communicate with. I plan to take my other cars there, too. No more dealers.
