Pésimo servicio. Muy mala atención al cliente. Sólo funciona una máquina impresora para autoservicio. 😡 Muy sucio el lugar

I went today to print some photos, around 12pm-12:30 maybe. The lady who attended me was extremely nice and helpful, she even helped me cut my pictures, something i had to do myself with scissors when i went on october, saving me time and the hazard. I hope she is recognized for going above and beyond without one asking for it. Little things like that and smiling and making nice comments, make the service experience 100% different, in this case, to make me leave with a smile on my face!

R.u.d.e. no customer service manners in the copy print services. Told 4 of us We are closed we are only helping these ppl that are here. Just RUDE not in a manner or tone that represents Customer Service. Obviously not Excellent Customer Service

This particular store did not provide customer service even a little bit. Went in to drop fedex package was greeted with no smile and harshly told - copy & print closed. I said okay, I'd like to ship fedex. She then barked - It's closed. Website says it's open until 6 - 2 hours later. Took the time to speak to the person up front. They apologized profusely and said that lady was their manager and to please complain because she's driving business away. So here we are.

You’d figure this location would honor its price, but you’d be wrong. I was told by one employee that a sale would be going on until the end of the week, but a different employee basically said tough luck. What a joke.

Came to pick up an order for my boyfriend but the item I selected was wrong. Kaleb went above an beyond to make sure my needs was met. I greatly appreciate his effort being that this was one of his anniversary presents

They no longer sell 4 card per sheet postcard paper. The amount per package has gotten smaller and smaller over the years, and now they don't sell it at all in the store.
