She took the time to go over every detail and made sure I felt confident in all of my coverage decisions. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Kim’s office—every single employee there is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly on top of things. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Super happy to have called about getting business insurance through these guys. Sean took the initiative to try and help me save some money by bundling up an insurance package. I had just switched personal insurance from Geico to Allstate for lower prices thinking I was happy. However, after speaking with Sean and then waiting for about an hour, he called me back with numbers compiled. After a 3 minute conversation explaining coverage and costs, I ended up choosing to land at State Farm where I saved even more money + attained better coverage. Sean was informative enough to help get me a more well rounded coverage on all of the facets where I was lacking (including an accidental health plan) after asking me a few personal questions. The personal experience of having a phone call with someone literally down the street was a game changer. It really beats having to call a hotline and get a rep whose second language is English to explain things that you’re already having a hard time comprehending. Plus, save money. Thanks, Sean.

I was able to set up my account and have all my questions answered with incredible speed and ease. Sean Rosado was absolutely Incredible. I have spoke with very few customer service reps that handle, respect, and serve their people as well as Sean. He was humorous, respectful, and quick to the point. 5 stars. I worked with Sean to get set up with a new insurance bundle and he went above and beyond out of his way to help. He worked with me every step of the way over a series of phone calls. I’m very pleased that he found me a bundle that will save me about $600 a year from my previous insurance company.

Im not very good at writhing reviews but Sean was great help. I honestly couldn’t have had a better agent like him, he hooked me up with good price for health and auto insurance. I would recommend Sean to anybody!

Superior, friendly, and helpful service. I was so impressed with Sarah Beveridge when she was sorting out the insurance for my parents' estate that I've decided to stay with State Farm for my insurance, but am switching to Kim Shurtleff's office from another agent.

She also provided a checklist to ensure we covered everything efficiently and made any changes where needed. Sarah assisted in determining my eligibility for Life Insurance, and we completed the paperwork while I was there. I want to express my gratitude to Sarah for all her assistance.
