Let me tell you about my wonderful experience with the Georgia Department of Insurance. I applied for my non-resident license, paid the fees, uploaded my documents—including my ID via Sircon—and then waited. The DOI, in their infinite wisdom, decided I hadn't uploaded a photo ID. (I had.) Then they ghosted me for 60 days before closing my file and keeping my money. Apparently, this is a corporation masquerading as a government entity, where "customer service" means "we'll take your money and provide absolutely nothing in return." Now I get the joy of starting over and paying another set of fees. (I am not.) It's not a licensing process—it's a subscription service where you pay but never get the product.

The car insurance is ridiculous high right now Progressive is charging me almost 600.00 dollars a month, because I filed a claim and I was hit by a hit and run driver. The insurance commissioner is not doing anything to protect the customers. They are let this insurance companies keep increasing the price on insurance that we can’t afford car insurance.

We appreciate your assistance and thank you for all you do. It's not fair that looks like some people want to being their grievance with their insurance. Adjusters you are ones that are doing their best to keep them in line setting guidelines and making those that are not Fighting by the laws you are there to help us, me and my family. Thank you.
